CML Chart for 3/29 to 4/4/09 now online

This week’s CML Chart features a brand new #1 as Darius Rucker’s “It Won’t Be Like This For Long” captures the spot away from Jake Owen.  Jake’s single, “Don’t Think I Can’t Love You” comes in at #2 this week after Darius’ song won the right to have it’s Impression rating increased, therefore having his Score now higher than Jake’s.  With the CML Chart Interactive now in place, it has become more difficult for a song to receive a perfect score, but Darius was able to do so this week.

Jason Aldean’s “She’s Country,” another CMLCI winner, climbs up six places from #9 to #3.  Brooks & Dunn’s “Cowgirls Don’t Cry” fall to #4, while Martina McBride’s “Ride” holds steady at #5 this week.

The highest debut this week is the sensational new song from Brad Paisley, “Then,” which debuts at #30.  Other new songs this week are Jack Ingram’s “Barefoot and Crazy” (#58) and Jonathan Singleton & The Grove’s “Livin’ In Paradise” (#60).

Your votes make a difference on the CML Chart!  Help your favorite single reach the top of the Charts sooner than they do on the real charts by voting for them.  The winning songs in each poll each week tend to have a significant increase in chart position.  Click on the CML Chart Interactive link at the top of the page to vote!
